I book six months ahead at a time to suit. I’m sent a reminder. I can park easily. The reception team are very welcoming. I rarely wait more than five mins to be seen. The team with the hygienist and the dentist are lovely and polite. I’m shown out to reception… and repeat. It’s a little expensive, however it’s worth it. Thank you

Gina my Hygenist was very friendly, she went through my whole brushing routine and where I needed to pay extra attention. She fully explained the new dental cleaning process which she carried out, which I was very happy with. She also took time to go through different products which would help me. Have booked my next 6 monthly appointment with Gina. Bav as always was very friendly and reassuring that everything was fine.

All staff are super friendly and patient with me and my young daughter especially as she was really nervous, they took their time explaining and answering questions that we had and the receptionist was really good at booking us back in especially due to my crazy schedule

Staff are very pleasant and dentist was very professional and considerate only downside of visit was building works with loud sanding/drilling noise

Efficient, friendly service. The practice is less than 5 minute walk from my home so when I schedule an appointment I know that I can be there, seen to and back within an hour.

I have been with Unique Smiles for years and have never had a problem. The Hygenist (my least favourite appointment) is very good and knows how much I dislike the procedure. Estelle, my dentist has always been very good and caring. We can, and do, have conversations about the treatment and any other options available. All in all I have no complaints whatever.

I have highly sensitive teeth and gums. I have built a rapport with the Hygienist and dentist and they know which areas are sensitive and give extra care to those areas, very reassuring.

I was able to get an emergency appointment at very short notice. The dentist (Brain?) was very kind & helpful - I am very happy with everything at unique smiles yesterday
